How to Register

The Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services offers a wide variety of recreation opportunities for children and adults.  Individuals can register online, or can complete and submit forms via U.S. Mail or in person during Open Registration events, which are held twice yearly at Northview School, 8114 North Main Street, Dayton, 45415.

Online Registration


Online registration will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 6 for individuals with 15 hours or less of waiver services, and at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 27 for all other consumers.

Mail-In Registration

Register In Person


During Open Registration, the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services will host in-person Recreation Registration events at Northview Center, 8114 North Main Street, Dayton, 45415.  

  • Adult Recreation Activities:  Registration for 2018 will be held Saturday, January 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for individuals with 15 hours or less of waiver services.  Open registration for all others will be held Saturday, January 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Children's Recreation Activities:  Registration for 2018 will be held Saturday, January 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for individuals with 15 hours or less of waiver services.  Open registration for all others will be held Saturday, January 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Please note that participation at many events is limited, and individuals will be registered on a first-come, first served basis.
