As Ohio's County Boards of Developmental Disabilities transition away from providing adult day support, employment services and transportation to individuals with developmental disabilities, there will be many people who need to seek services from private providers.
As part of this change, the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services (MCBDDS) is committed to growing the network of private providers in the region. MCBDDS will work with existing providers to help them expand their service offerings, and will also provide assistance to organizations who are interested in becoming service providers.
For information about Montgomery County's current needs, please consult Building Provider Capacity, a presentation made by southwestern Ohio's County Board superintendents at the Ohio Provider Resource Association Conference in November 2015.
The Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities (MCBDDS) has compiled a Provider Profiles document containing information about day service, employment and transportation providers serving Montgomery County. Information contained in the document was submitted by each provider. Agencies that wish to be added to this document should contact Mitch Snyder at 937-837-9205 or via email.
