  4. Understanding Waivers and Housing - (S.A.L.T. Series) - Warren County

    S.A.L.T. sessions have been designed to help students between the ages of 14-22 with developmental disabilities overcome barriers to employment while providing informational presentations to help individuals and their families navigate the transition from school to adult life.   5. Guardianship Support Group meeting: Coffee and Conversation

    The Montgomery County Probate Court sponsors a monthly support group for guardians called "Coffee and Conversation." At these meetings, the Court's Social Worker facilitates an informal discussion where guardians can share their knowledge and experience with each other.
