MCBDDS Community Events

  1. New provider Open House: The Easley Group Life Skills Center

    July 11, 2018, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM @ The Easley Group Life Skills Center

    The Easley Group Life Skills Center will host an Open House Wednesday, July 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at its 838 E. Main Street program in Trotwood. The Easley Group offers recreation, community integration, life skills development, and non-medical transportation services to adults 18 and up.

  2. CPR/First Aid trainings for providers

    July 11, 2018, 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM @ Madison Lakes

    Providers are invited to take part in CPR and First Aid trainings offered at Montgomery County's Madison Lakes facility. Classes are offered May 9, May 30, June 13, June 26 and July 11. Participants will receive a card stating the successful completion of course curriculum in CPR and/or First Aid valid for two years through the American Red Cross. This meets the required standard for Provider Certification through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. CPR training includes the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). All trainings offered by The Academy.

    This training, offered by The Academy, meets the required standard for Provider Certification through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. CPR training includes the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
