The Human Resources Department is located in the Administration Center of the Montgomery County Board of DDS, 5450 Salem Ave., Dayton, OH 45426. Our hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Monday through Friday.
The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide the assistance necessary in recruitment, staffing, orientation, training, and compliance to enable the staff to carry out the agency mission. This department ensures that equal employment and fair opportunity are provided to all qualified individuals. Other duties of the department include ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, labor contracts, and policies. Human Resources personnel implement Board policies related to employees, and also those related to the recruitment and hiring processes, maintenance of records, staff retention, support, training, and certification.
