How We Work

Our program provides mental health treatment for people with the dual diagnosis of intellectual disabilities and mental illness by helping them cope with everyday concerns and long-standing problems. We do this by helping the individual look at his or her thoughts, feelings and behaviors in a supportive environment to help the person improve coping skills and reach their goals as they maintain meaningful lives within their communities.

A Collaborative Effort

The Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services, the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services Board of Montgomery County, and the Wright State University School of Medicine's Department of Psychiatry collaborate to provide quality supports and services to consumers and their families.
