Health and safety are important to our program. Individuals who are new to MCBDDS Recreation will need to schedule an assessment before taking part in activities. This assessment will help the Recreation staff determine whether or not they can safely provide the service to you in the community, or whether you will need to attend a program offered in one of our facilities.
As the health of all participants is our concern, we ask that individuals who are ill DO NOT attend MCBDDS Recreation activities.
Before individuals can take part in any MCBDDS Recreation program, the staff must have current versions of the following forms and/or information on file:
The Recreation staff ratio is one staff member to three individuals.
