Ohio DD Council seeks input for Five-Year Plan

The Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council (Ohio DD Council) is asking Ohioans with developmental disabilities, their family members and guardians to participate in its Five-Year State Plan Survey.

This survey is designed to identify problems and needs of people with DD, and will be available online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RGMMWWT until January 31, 2020. Professionals and people who are supporters of individuals with developmental disabilities are also invited to take part.

Input will be used to develop the Council's Five-Year State Plan to create change that improves independence, productivity and inclusion for people with developmental disabilities and their families in community life. Once created, the Plan will serve as a guide to develop grant proposals for projects that will positively impact people statewide. Need more information?
