New Ohio database makes law enforcement aware of communication disabilities during traffic stops

By registering themselves and vehicles they may be traveling in, officers will be notified of their disability, which will allow them to approach a vehicle during a traffic stop with knowledge that can reduce misunderstandings or problems.
