  1. Self-Advocacy Conference

    March 2, 2018, 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM @ Wright State University Student Union - Apollo Room

    The Montgomery and Greene County Boards of DD and their self-advocacy groups will host their second annual Self-Advocacy Conference Friday, March 2 at Wright State University. This event, held in the Apollo Room at the Student Union, is open to people ages 18 and older with developmental disabilities who want to learn how to better advocate for themselves. Attendees will learn self-advocacy skills they can apply in virtually any situation. Event hosts and presenters include members of the Voices of Greene County and Voices Matter self-advocacy groups. The event is sponsored by the Montgomery and Greene County Boards of Developmental Disabilities. Registration is requested by Fri,, Feb. 23.
