    The School-to-Adult Life Transition Series (S.A.L.T.) is a FREE monthly series developed to help families of children or students with developmental disabilities navigate the transition from school to adult life and beyond. Each meeting features speakers on different topics, each of which shares valuable information, along with resources and guidance. Meetings are held once each month in Montgomery, Greene and Warren counties. The S.A.L.T. Series is sponsored by the Montgomery, Greene and Warren County Boards of Developmental Disabilities.
