This training will discuss the requirements of providers who have been identified in the Individual Service Plan as being responsible for assisting an individual with managing their personal funds. Discuss how the provider can develop and implement a system to ensure compliance with the Personal Funds Rule, OAC 5123:2-2-07 and guarantee that appropriate checks and balances exist to safeguard the personal funds of individuals from theft, mis-management or misappropriations.
