In this free training offered by the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities, provider management personnel will learn how to enhance behavior support skills of direct support professionals through the use of empowerment and positive interactions. Participants will also learn how to reduce behavioral challenges and avoid crises, and will walk away with information and tools that can be shared with their agency staff. A Question and Answer session will be held after the presentation to extend participants' learning opportunities.
