As a way to keep everyone informed and updated on transition related topics during this time, we have created “SALT TALKS” SERIES online webinars that will be scheduled every Thursday for one hour. Watch for updates! All meetings are held online Thursdays from 1 p.m. - 2 p.m.
S.A.L.T. - School to Adult Life Transition Series™ is a FREE monthly series developed to provide a learning opportunity, along with the resources and guidance, to families of children with disabilities TO HELP navigate the transition through school to adult life and beyond.

This is a virtual outreach class with a focus on how to incorporate a variety of sensory activities into your child's day. Please pre-register for this class. The Zoom link and additional instructions will be emailed to you the day of the class. You will simply click the link in your email and this will allow you to join the class online using your computer. If you would like to join the class using your smartphone, please download the free Zoom app.
