MCBDDS will host its monthly Parents and Advocates Advisory Council (PAAC) meeting via Zoom this Thursday, July 23 at 5:30 p.m. for advocates and families of people receiving services. Our Superintendent, Dr. Pamela Combs, and her team will brief families on the Board's continued efforts to serve individuals during the COVID-19 health crisis, and will share updates and resources. Preregistration is required; see link in bottom right-hand column to register.

Community Services for the Deaf is offering an Adult Sign Language class to learn the basic skills to communicate in American Sign Language. The ASL 1 classes are a non-credit, 8 week course every Thursday evening and are an introduction to Deaf culture, basic vocabulary, and communication sign language. Participants will learn the alphabet and basic conversational phrases. ASL Book included.
