The Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services offers a number of community integration opportunities for eligible children and adults. Participation at many events is limited, and individuals will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis. Individuals can register by completing a registration form and returning it via email, U.S. Mail, or in person to the Board's Northview Office at 8114 N. Main St., Dayton, OH 45415.

People eligible for MCBDDS Recreation Services can register in one of two ways: email or mail-in.
