Annual Report, Annual Plan and Strategic Plan
The Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services' (MCBDDS) 2026-2029 Strategic Plan and 2026 Annual Plan set priorities for the agency and provide direction for employees and stakeholder as they work toward common goals. These plans are developed with input from people served by MCBDDS, their families and guardians, providers, MCBDDS employees and members of the community. Each year, MCBDDS also publishes an Annual Report that gives an overview of its financials and reviews its accomplishments from the previous year.
We combine the most current versions of these documents into a single publication, our 2025 Annual Report, 2026 Annual Plan, and 2026-2029 Strategic Plan. (Please note: This document is large and may be slow to load.)

The Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services publishes a series of electronic newsletters on a regular basis to keep its stakeholders informed. These include newsletters for the following groups:
