The Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services is committed to keeping its policies as up to date as possible, and follows a schedule of review for existing policies. After revision, policies are presented to the agency's Board of Directors for a First Reading at an official meeting.
Draft policies are posted to this section of the website for public review the Thursday following a Board meeting, and are available for comment for a period of two weeks. Comments regarding draft policies should be directed to the Office of the Superintendent during this time.
After the comment period ends and at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting, final drafts of the policies are presented to the Board for Second Reading and approval.
