Category 1 Medication Administration - 2 day training (1 of 2)

This course provides comprehensive instruction on medication safety, documentation, infection control, and the legal and ethical responsibilities of medication administration. Participants will learn proper procedures for administering oral medications, topical medications, inhaled medications, eye and ear drops, and other approved medication routes under the supervision of a licensed nurse trainer.

Crisis Management Training for Providers

The MCBDDS Behavior Support Services Department is offering crisis management training for Direct Support Professionals (DSP). This training is for both agency staff and independent providers. We will be offering Crisis Prevention Institute’s (CPI) Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® Training. There will be online lessons and a one day in-person training.
