Applicant Requirements

Applicants who have a conditional offer will be required to pass a series of background checks. Those checks are as follows:

        * Meeting the minimum requirements of the job
        * Educational requirements
        * Passing a physical/drug screen
        * Fingerprinting and required legal checks 
    Please be advised that if you have ever been convicted of any 
    crimes listed on Ohio Administrative Code 5123-2-02, you may
    or may not be eligible for employment with the Board of DDS.

    **Certain convictions are an automatic bar to employment.  
    Each case is considered on its own merit. Failure to list 
    convictions will deem applicant ineligible for hire. **
