Inclusive Employer Toolkit

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities has a wealth of resources designed to help employers support people with disabilities who want to work. Check out their Inclusive Employer Toolkit and the many on-demand webinars they offer to support employers in become disability-friendly and to help Ohio become a disability inclusion state and model employer of people with disabilities.

Microsoft also has a helpful guide titled "Everything you need to know to write effective alt text, and the Web Accessibility Initiative has An alt decision tree that explains when and how to use alt text in various situations.
