Provider Compliance Review
Provider compliance is a requirement of the Ohio Administrative Code 5123:2-2-04, and all providers will receive a compliance review during the term of their certification, either from Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities or Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services staff. Providers will receive 90 day advance notification of the review, with follow-up notification, including date and review sample, 45 days prior to the event.

Provider Compliance Office Hours
Office Hours are held on the third Wednesday of the month from 11 a.m. through 2 p.m. It is necessary to register for a time slot. Please follow the instructions on how to use the Picktime application to register. If you do not register for a time slot, we will not be able to meet with you.
Contract Compliance Review Process

Medication Quality Assurance Review
Such reviews are conducted every three years on providers who administer medications and perform health-related tasks to individuals with developmental disabilities.
